Quantify Fitness is not your typical gym or personal training studio. At our smart-gym we use the latest science and technology to provide the minimum effective dose of exercise, as little as 10 minutes per week! But don't be fooled, regardless of your exercise history this will likely be the most effective workout you have ever experienced!

Not everyone has time to go to the gym multiple times per week or spend hours exercising and risk overtraining, but everyone should be able to exercise in a way that is sustainable and improves their health, regardless of age or fitness level. This once a week approach is not just something we can get away with, it actually delivers the best results. Training clients multiple times per week like a conventional gym would obviously make us more money but results would suffer and we want clients to pay for results, not time spent in the gym.

We designed Quantify Fitness to allow clients to get a short but effective workout that has the benefits of exercising for hours, but without the risks of overtraining. By having an approach that isn't focused on killing ourselves everyday in the gym, or cutting calories back so far we end up slowing down our metabolism and making it harder to burn fat than when we started (this happens way too often in the fitness industry), the Quantify Fitness method is the most sustainable approach to maintaining health and fitness that anyone can stick with for the rest of their life!
