Quantify Fitness offers a cutting-edge, high-tech, evidence-based approach so you can maximize your time and results, while putting the breaks on aging.
Quantify Fitness is not your typical gym or personal training studio. At our smartgym we use the latest science and technology to provide the minimum effective dose of exercise, as little as 10 minutes a week using tools like High Octane Ride and ARX.
More exercise does not always equal better. The conventional approach to exercise utilized by the fitness industry and many personal trainers has been to figure out how much exercise can be tolerated, requiring you to spend days in the gym, but this is often unsustainable and ineffective. Our high-intensity approach utilizes real science and is based on how little exercise is actually required to get the best results. You can’t make more time but you can make the most of it.
I have to be honest, I was a little skeptical going into the 10-minute workout because all my life I've never been told you only need to workout 10 minutes a week. After doing my first 10-minute workout with Quantify Fitness my mind was blown! I left feeling like I ran 6 miles and then some. I was sore for days after and it honestly was the best quick workout I've ever done. I'll definitely be going back!
I joined Quantify Fitness 7 weeks ago after initially being skeptical. My strength is up about 25%, but more interestingly my run times have improved dramatically.
Ran a 5K without pain for the first time in years! Thx @QuantifyFitness for helping me get my strength & fitness back
Such an incredible workout! The technology is amazing and the staff is so knowledgeable. I love that I'm able to get my workout done in less than 10 minutes and when I say workout, I mean WORKOUT. If you haven't tried it, you're missing out and so is your body!
I hardly ever write reviews but with this I am compelled to do so because of the massive results I have achieved in a very short span of time. This workout is not only intense but the most effective I have ever experienced.
I was slightly skeptical about the whole 10 minute thing. Wow! Fantastic! I'm a believer. Started out with the leg press. 1 set and my legs felt like rubber. Takes 6 sets of heavy squats to get that same feeling.
