How to Make Bulletproof Coffee

Since 2014 we've looked forward to starting our day with Bulletproof Coffee. Whether you're looking to shed a few pounds or turn on your brain this is an easy, and tasty way to do it.

Bulletproof Coffee Recipe

  1. Brew 1 cup (8-12 oz.) of coffee using filtered water at 200 degrees (we're a fan of this Cuisinart Electric Kettle) with 2 1/2 heaping tablespoons freshly ground Bulletproof Coffee Beans - French Press is our favorite way to prepare the coffee.
  2. Add in 1-2 tablespoons of Bulletproof Brain Octane Oil to the hot coffee
  3. Add 1-2 tablespoons grass-fed, unsalted butter
  4. Mix it all in a blender for 20-30 seconds until it is frothy like a foamy latte
  5. Pour into your coffee mug and enjoy! (Contigo makes an awesome 16oz travel mug that will keep your coffee hot all morning – if you prefer a bigger size here's a 20oz version)
